Hi Scott and all my new friends ! i've been cutting for 2 month now , already lost 11lbs . Right now im stuck at 161lbs for two weeks. Im trying to loss fat and make my abs visible. Do i need to do something with my macros ? i train 5 day a week and end it with 20minute cardio . Please help me because i need to my abs in end of July .
