Hello all and happy new year! During my biceps/back days, I often do pull ups/chin ups throughout the day along with a weight workout later on that afternoon or night (I do my workouts at home). For instance, I may do a few sets of pull ups/chins ups in the morning, and then a few more sets later on before lunch or after school. I am not fatigued during the weight workout that I do later on however I was just wondering if this is okay in terms of letting the muscles grow and repair. Obvioulsy you don't want to workout the same muscle group(s) on consecutive days, but will doing pull ups/chin ups throughout the day and a hard weight workout later on that same night not allow the muscles to grow and repair fully? I also do a similar thing with push ups on my chest/tricep days. Thanks!

There are some people who do 2 a day training sessions, but I would just do one workout.
