I have been experimenting with eggs as I am not a real fan of them. So I was scrolling through instagram and saw Erica's post on her experimenting with her carb cycling. Eggs with cottage cheese. I made an 4 whole egg omelet with 1/2 cup of 2% cottage cheese, shredded chicken and a handful of spinach inside and its delicious! Think I'm kidding? It sounds gross, however I HATE eggs, and HATE cottage cheese, but all together is great! While I am on a cottage cheese discussion, I also found that redhot hot sauce mixed with small curd 2% cottage cheese is amazing too! Taste like a buffalo dip and I have a few friends hooked on it now.
