Hey guys, Firstly I want to say that I understand the only way to keep paper thin skin is by the use of drugs which those people who do that are losers. But anyways I had a question concerning some of my body parts which always feel jiggly and not tight and was wondering if this is normal? Someone once told me that even though a certain body parts shakes does not mean its fat cause muscle shakes as wll. How true is this? Heres a video of me showing you my problem with my triceps.. when im unflexed they shake but when i flex they do not... is that fat?
Thanks guys. Hope to hear back soon and get this cleard up!
Matthew,
I will answer this and I want you to promise this will be the last time you ask or worry about this :-)
That is muscle and not fat. Fat does not contract so if it were fat it would keep shaking even after flexing your muscles. This is 100% normal and the bigger your muscles the more they will move like that until you flex them.
You are making great progress and you look leaner now than before. So enough questions or worrying about fat that is not there......OK? :-)
John
Firstly I want to say to say thanks guys for responding back to me and John I want to apologize for posting this again. I do promise that this is the last time I will ask about this issue. I do have one question though and I think this is just cause its confusing me, I think of muscle as a rock hard solid meat. I am a little bit confused why muscle would shake/wobble when relaxed? Can you explain this to me so I am more educated on such a subject. Much appreciated. Thanks John and I do promise I will stop this nonsense
that is almost adoreably cute.. normally you see only ladies worriying about the flappy arms (and those who do, mostly also have a reason for it, haha)
but yes, as the others alrteady told you. This is the relaxed muscle flapping around there.
If you contract the triceps and there would still be a layer on top that would flap, that would be skin fat, but i can't really detect any of it at you.
It's the same on the legs / quads. When they are relaxed and you sit on a chair, you'll notice that the upper leg /thighs kind of spread out very relaxed. This is also not fat- but just the relaxed muscles.
So no worries ^^
I recorded you a short video of my arm..
now you can watch my skinny female arm.. you see there is literally no fat at it at all, and it still flaps when the muscles are relaxed.
But since i have almost no fat, you can see very good what exactly happens as soon as i flex my triceps, how the muscles get contracted (flexed) buffed out and stiff and nothing is moving anymore when i shake the arm.
It looks so alien like lol, but here you go :
And to explain why the muscles are "stiff" when flexed, is because they pull together and bend out. They do so to bare the load / do their work.
When they are relaxed they are very loose. We couldn't even exist if your muscles woul be all day "flexed and hard". And it has to be a continoius exchange of muscles that are flexed and those who are relaxed in order to execute certain moves.
Plus if all our muscles would be flexed all day, we'd be chronically exhausted. They can't "fire" up 24/7 !

Try to flex your biceps and make a fist and flex the lower arm, and now try to stretch your arm out.. you can't right? because to do so you need to 'extend' and the biceps can't be flexed at the same time =)
There is also a play between extensor muscles and flexor muscles. More info here if you are interested: LINK
I wouldnt say it's an alien looking arm at all. It looks very well built and shows a good indication that you take very good care of yourself. I can tell without a doubt that there is very very little fat on your arm even when not flexing and I can only hope I can achieve this amount of bf% one day. Yes I can see what you are talking bout concerning the flexed vs unflexed muscles and the video helped a whole lot to clairfy this.
I firstly wanna say that I really do appreciate you showing me a picture/drawing to help show a point even more when you already did enough. I just wanna say thanks a lot for that.
I did try and do what you said and I can honestly say that I did not succeded at it at all cause it is impossible like you stated lol. Thought it would be fun to give a go anyways evn though I knew it would not work. I am reading the link you sent me and I thank you for the link as well. Really.
I do have one question concerning a debate I was having with a friend at work. He belives that Dana Lynn Bailey, Rob Baily and Steve cook are natural lifters and do not take drugs while I told him that I have a strong feeling that they do or did most likely take something. What are your thoughts on this Crood? Thanks!!
Haha thanks.
I was more meaning that it looks "alienlike" due to the fact that you only see the arm and it's veins and those creepy movements lol. If one doesn't know what it is, might as well think this is a lil alien critter =D
But thanks again i take it as compliment =)
About Dana Lynn Baily and her Husband, i will put it very carefully, as wel all can just 'assume' as long as we don't get a bloodsample of them or could have a look into their bodies - which we can't...
so my 'thoughts' on this are..
Rob - is very chubby - if he is a juice or growth hormone user - is hard to say. But i'd say in that case he'd prolly also have a bigger growth gut, and would look more cut and bigger than he is. He also is not as serious into lifting as Dana is. He more likes his cars, and his work with cars, eats a lot junkfood and skips many workouts. So i think we could conclude he is completely 'natural'
Dana - on the other hand - we all know - or should know - opposed to the general believe that woman magically get big as HULK from touching weights, we don't!
Dana clearly has a wider frame (which you can see when looking at her first images when she started training), which is surely a plus point towards why she has more of a wide / bulky look. But that still doesn't add up to the "plain mass" she has going.
I think she might very well be using something. She never has admitted nor denied it. She just skips the topic. So at least she isn't lying about it. (in the literal sense lol)
I think she might be on growth hormone. Just by the looks of her physique. And also on steroids, but very well and small dosed. I think one evidence for the latter is her voice, it began to have this slight impact of tone change, that you often hear very strong in highly testosterone dosed females.
Nontheless, she still works her ass off, so that is to respect. She is not lazy, and been on it for years, so we can't really say that she is just looking for a fast way to pack on mass. She has defenitally earned every muscle she has with hard work. And to decide to take juice to get into a bigger and more massive body, is probably based on what her goals are (bikini, or arnold physique or even olympic).
Those were my 2 cents about that topic =)
