Whatsup peeps of the scott herman nation, wanted to drop this question by you guys and see what your thoughts are. What do you think would give better results? I have read articles saying that they pretty much give the same results and I would love to hear your opinions.
High carb low fat example: 225 protein, 50 fat, 300 carbs=2,550 calories
vs
High fat low carb example: 225 protein, 100 fat, 185 carbs= 2,540 calories
