Hi guys! So a couple of weeks ago, maybe like a month or 2 I posted on scotts wall about how he has helped me lose weight. Before I weighed 225 pounds just pure fat I wasnt active at all, after hard work I got down to about 170, Right now I go between like 175-180 and sometimes even 185 I am 5'11, my problem is when I eat low carb I feel so latargic and weak, I get weaker in my weight training, and the problem with that is I'm an athelete I play ultimate frisbee, and I have to be stronger, faster, and bigger then the guy guarding me. Right now I weigh 185 I have gotten hella stronger and quicker and faster, BUT My body isnt the prettiest thing to look at. I have a lot of fat on my lower belly and I have love handles, It just confuses me because I can see 4 of my abs at the top but then there is just a huge amount of fat at the bottom. Can anyone just give an idea on why? Is this just left over fat from when I weighed 225? Oh i guess i should mention my diet isnt the best I will admit, I do like to go to Cici's pizza and I do eat out during the weekend sometimes. My main point of this post, is it just not realistic being a good athlete and looking amazing at the same time? Is the weight that I've lost always going to haunt me?
