Guys, i am struggling with this since few years and hope to finally make it good way, hope you might help as i find this place full of good people.

 

I think i did each year the same, tried to gain lean muscle during winter (add +-10 kg, and of course some % fat) and then cut during summer. (loose some, most of the time +-10kg and some %fat) Which leaded to the same place, more less. I look better and better (and i am happy) but the numbers don't lie. After the cut i weight 68 kg (175cm) with 8% bf. Which is not verry impressive i know, but i am not looking for very bulky type of figure, however would love to weight around 75kg with 7-8% bf at least.

 

After watching video - 'are you bulking or just fat..' i tought i was just doing that! I never counted my macros until now. After watching another great video about macros i prepared everything for my current cut which is going well and smoothly, i'm currently 9,5% from 14%.

 

My avg. BMR = 2142 (-250 cal for loss) = 1900

protein = 215

carbs = 80

fat = 80

 

This time i would love to make it right, should i cut to 7-8% and then change calories to +250 for lean gains? Is that enougt? (sure type of training counts etc, just asking about the diet)

 

How long should i keep calories on plus?
