I'm fat who wants to be more healthy. I have a high blood pressure and been on BP meds since I was 24yo. My Liver enzymes was high due to my fatty liver. My triglycerides and cholesterol were high and I was really close to be diagnosed prediabetes. I started going to gym on March 2017. I picked up my pace and started a routine and kept it. I was 240lbs before i started. Now I'm 220 lbs and gaining some muscle mass (at least i hope) I've been off my bp meds for 6months now and all of my blood test are now normal. My goal is to get bulky, have a better psyche, and continue to live a healthy life.
