I was always one of the smaller guys out there, then way back when Scott first started posting his videos I happened to stubble upon them and actually became one of the bigger guys around. When I was about 14-15 I weighed about 130lbs at the same height I am now, Scotts videos helped me put on a solid 15+ lbs of muscle!! Thanks Scott!! :D
