started weightlifting a few years ago sense being weak and fat wasn't fun now 5 years later im able to max out at 160 for two reps on the bench press this i because i loose focus through out a year but i try keeping my strength or even bounce back stronger. and sense earlier in the year i found out i have scoliosis I've cut don't on heavy pressing and put my focused on building my weakest muscle groups to fill out the extra skin the my body with lean muscle mass i like to eat sweets but not very often because i like to feel im eating cleaner without the junk foods like pop and other unneeded foods
