Coming off WEEKS of Physical Therapy and finally cleared by physicians and Ortho doctor. Was at a point that I could no longer hold my 6 month old and lost feeling in most of right hand and arm. Beginning PT could only shoulder dumbbell press 4 pounds, now at over 25 with no signs of stopping. Never been able to stick with exercise until now. Thankfully I had incredible PTs who beat me up with strength training to get me started Also helped having an Ortho Surgeon tell me if I stopped lifting and exercising that everything would come back and would need surgery and shots in the neck. 38 years old and already feel more fit than ever. Looking forward to these routines and continuing to build strength and live a healthier life!
