About Me   

After I finished University i finally had more time to myself so i decided to workout with a friend of mine who needed a spotter on certain exercises. After lifting and working out i wanted to improve my form which is where i found Scotts videos. Week after week i would workout and make naive mistakes i.e. going super heavy too son etc but after a while Scott helped me focus on doing things right and making real gains. Soon i realized i loved working out and decided to make it a daily routine to get stronger, improve my physique and feel good about myself. I have been working out for almost a year now with no prior routine before hand. I could go on but lets just say at the moment i am still focusing on form in some exercises (squats) but i am limited to my bedroom for working out. I am currently working legs, triceps, biceps, abs and a bit of chest with push-ups. I hope to get back to the gym soon when i can afford it.
