Hey guys, I very recent saw about 6 videos of Scott's advice which I consider really good; therefore, I decided to be part of this party of proper exercising methods. I'm a 22 years old Latino guy from Venezuela who had played soccer for over 14 years in where the half have been at elite level. Furthermore, due to many injuries that I had I could lift much weight in different exercises. I took me a long time to recover a 100%. I started back last year lifting weights and I been progressing months by moths, as well all know at the beginning it's hard to get back at it and even more do things properly. Today I still learning, yet I know my routine and what my goals are. Looking forward to learn and meet you all. Best regards.
