For as long as I've known, I've been really skinny, up to the point where people asked if I was anorexic. I started working out before, but quitted after a month when my training partner would stop plus I wasn't really paying attention to my diet. While I was in my 6 week holiday on Hawaii (which is actually right now while I'm writing this), I've deciced to try again, but this time take some time to prepare. The first steps, making a solid meal plan and workout routine, have been completed. Now it's time to do the actual lifting. Getting back home just before Christmas, I think I could see this as a New Year's resolution. Hopefully I'll get in shape sometime before the summer and hopefully I can manage to reach the goals I set for myself! December 11 2013
