About Me
I started Olympic Weightlifting four years ago and did it for two years, won 12/13 competitions. I stopped and put on quite a bit of weight, I have now been training for about a year. I've dropped a lot of weight, gained a lot of muscle and improved on my form. Since training twice a week two years ago I have recently started lifting weights I couldn't have imagined then. I have started again doing Olympic weightlifting hopefully entering a competition in #pril, I am hoping for a 150kg total
