About Me
Started from an extremely unhealthy 150lbs when I was 23, in 2010. I have been an SHF fan and athlete since then. I really began to dedicate myself at the beginning of 2012 and made my way up to 175lbs and about 9% body fat. I am now passionate about fitness and extreme calisthenics and run a facebook fitness group called Elevate-Fitness and Extreme Calisthenics. I have people everyday asking me how to produce the same results for them and there is no better feeling in the world.
