I have been lifting weights for the past 6 years. I was a skinny teenager with a little fat around my stomach area, and I have tried to educate myself over how to lift properly and how to gain muscle. I have made some great gains since I moved to Rio two years ago, but I am not where I would like to be. My main problem area is my diet. I am currently trying to figure out the diet that is described in the Muscle for Life book that are written by Mike Matthews. That is actually how I came to find out about this website, because Scott was a guest on Mike's podcast. I do not want to be a body builder, but I do want to look muscular with visible abs. I eat 200g carbs, 250g protein, and 45g fats every day, well I try and shoot for that.
