About Me   

Just recently started back at the gym. I'm trying to lose fat and add muscle. I'm highly motivated at this time. I workout at least 3 times a week. I work 3 to 4 days a week, 12 hour night shifts, so I'm having trouble with my diet. I just watched the MACROs video by Scott and it kicked me into high gear again. If I can just find an easy plan to fit into my busy work nights. I do fine on my days off. I'll add measurements shortly.
