Life always has its struggles and I have had plenty, by 16 I was around 211lbs., I wasn't happy with myself and I was depressed a lot and had bad experiences throughout middle/high school being bullied. Around 2012 I decided to lose weight by myself I didn't include anyone and focused on myself and by the summer of 2013 I lost maybe like 65lbs. I think I was around 150 my senior year of high school and felt good. It's 2016 now and well I'm okay with myself but not happy and so now I'm on my process of gaining and become stronger, having a built and strong physique. Okay, that's pretty much it 😊
