About Me
I am currently serving in the US. Army as a 13F fire support specialist, In order to join the army i had to lose about 90 pounds, my starting weight was 274lbs. At the time i was working at UPS loading trucks so that combined with nothing but cardio i was able to cut that 274 down to 183 in about a year. I joined the army and i cut down even further to 166 being my lowest out of Basic and AIT. When i got the Korea i gained a few pounds back but im back on track. My end goal is to be 160.
