About Me

Growing up I was never really in to my fitness. I dismissed it as "mundane" and for "meat heads". It wasn't until I joined the air force and started getting in shape that I realised it was probably because I never excelled at sports that I dismissed it. Even until recently I never considered myself to be in shape, just not fat. A year ago, I decided I wanted a body I could be proud of. I bought a programme (which was stupid) and started training 4 times a week. Then I injured my rotator cuff because I was clueless. I assumed all I had to do was pick up heavy objects a lot, it's not hard. Except it is so much more in depth than that and as I tried to educate myself, I found I was going further and further down the rabbit hole until I was so deep that I couldn't possibly escape now. And why would I want to? My short journey so far has been eye opening and I'm always boring people with fitness stories and training tips that I'm sure they're fed up. It's only going to get worse as I learn more and more on my journey to get the body I've always secretly wanted but was too proud to admit it.
