I've been working out since middle school - I started so I could get an advantage on the football field and basketball court. Now I love researching and testing new training methods to not only help myself and athletes, but people of all walks of life! I have worked with athletes as young as 10 and worked with the elderly as old as 86! Training unique individuals is what I love!
