About Me   

44 year old guy who has now been using my local gym for about 1 year. I have currently lost 3 stone, and intend to loose another 2-3 stone. I am also using weight machines and free weights and have gained some muscle definition. I am very pleased with my results so far and intend to keep attending the gym to gain further muscle and weight lose. My work pattern is 4 days on and 4 days off. I work a 12 hour shift when working. During my workouts I use the free weights for chest and abs on first day, then back, abs and triceps on second day. Third day I concentrate on shoulders, legs, and abs. Then back to chest and abs on fourth day. I also use the treadmill on all four days for about 15 mins and burn off around 150 calories. I also take a protein shake after each workout and on my work days.
