Hello :) My name is Ashley May I started my weight loss journey around 2 years ago and I'm now down three sizes ! Its not been without its struggles as i have an under active thyroid which has made everything a little more difficult. I have still got a long way to go but I'm so happy with how far I have come and i am officially a workout and gym addict ! I have now decided to decided to start training to be a Personal trainer myself and I am very excited for what the future holds and getting more inspiration from like minded people :)
