Hi, I joined this community to help me along the journey to consistent healthy living and muscular body @ the age of 44. I believe in putting the goals out there and be accountable publicly. My first goal is to lose 10 kg I've been going to the gym 5 times a week for a long time but the diet always lets me down. it's time to change. I am commited to change my diet and stick to a plan as a way of living. I will use a note pad to measure my results and post pictures every Friday. Saturday will be my only cheat evening meal 😀. followed by Sunday morning gym session with lots of cardio. I will do my first 5k tough mudder here in Bristol UK mid May as my first real challenge. Never ran a marathon or anything similar. Most probably will do the 11k tough mudder in August. To your success Miguel
