Originally from Framingham, MA, I started lifting at age 20 to get bigger and be in better shape as I was not athletic in school. It has since grown into a lifestyle for me and has a positive impact on all aspects of my life. Now as I enter my 50's, all the years of training and proper nutrition has allowed me to be stronger, leaner, and healthier than many people my age as well as looking and feeling 20 years younger. I share as much of what I have learned over the years with everyone on this forum.
