About Me   

I'm an Air Force veteran and current firefighter/paramedic in Kansas City, ks. Currently I am a personal trainer student at PCI in North Kansas City, and am looking forward to achieving my ACE certification early next year. I have been active in fitness since high school, as I was active in multiple sports. After high school I continued my active and fit life style through a brief juco football career followed by enlisting into the Air Force. I am an active at the gym and prefer high rep low set bodybuilding workouts, though I also enjoy changing it up and trying new workouts. I enjoy inspiring and helping others, and am looking forward to a career as a personal trainer.
