Hello Scott and All, I am a 36yo ex marine that is terribly out of shape. im 5'9" 160 lb. looking to build muscle, lose fat and basically look like Scott! I have a gym membership to an amazing gym that has everything at my disposal but I can't help but feel a little lost in there. I've been doing a lot of basic lifting and cardio but not sure where to go. I'm looking for good workout routines and diet plans to achieve Scott Hemanness! I get so confused with dumbbells vs barbells, machine vs free weight vs body weight. Different techniques, different diets, different supplements. What has worked well for all of you? Diets plans, routines, supplements? All help is very appreciated. i will post "Before" pics tonight so everyone can see the disaster I am starting with lol.
