About Me
I used to be kinda overweight and one day I followed my friend to the gym and from that day on, I dedicated myself to the gym. I start losing weight, adding on some muscle, became stronger and overall I am definitely in better shape now. Then I discovered Scott Herman on youtube and he really became my inspiration. I still have a long way to go to reach that ideal physique and I am working hard each day to reach it.
