About Me
Im someone who's gone from obese to anaroeix to now somewhat overweight. I'm trying to cut but a 5 day bro split is too much for me right now so I'm shooting for three day full body workouts with cardio everyday from NEAT and planned cardio. I struggle with following a diet and tend to go with my gut but try to get protein in everyday. I've built up some muscle with calesthics and lost some weight. Currently 207, 6ft 2, trying to get to be healthy
