When I was younger in high school and beginning college I was into bodybuilding or at least I really tried. Slowly fell away and didn't really touch weights for next 20 years. Fast forward to today and I recently lost 45 pounds in 52 days, and then after my weight loss I began training hard, I have seen lots of gains already, but need some guidance as to packing on the most lean muscle at my age of 47. Currently I have been training now for 8 weeks, generally 6 days a week and now I am addicted to the gym. I train alone because I just moved to a new area and don't know anyone...I take lots of supplements daily, high quality multivitamins, protein powder, Creatine, BCAA preworkout, post workout. Looking to gain and work hard for my most fantastic results of my life, I got a clean bill of health from my doctor and I'm ready to get Stahhhhted!!!
