Have done sports all my life, mostly school sports, primarily soccer. In High School I gained a lot of weight (high body fat) and didn't like that very much. When I went to college, I ran for the track team and lost a lot of weight very quickly, dropping to 110-115lbs. After an injury in my last season before graduating I stopped exercising all together. My second semester of university (3years ago) I decided I wanted to be strong and started weight lifting under the instruction of the WL coach. He taught me the fundamentals and I never looked back. I love body building, I love training, just excited to see what the future holds.
