Former construction worker that nowadays works as an construction consultant. Fed up with shape my body had taken after 5 years of working at an office i decided to make a change and the journey begun. In January this year i started strength training again but with a higher motivation and ambition then ever. My primary goals is to reach a bodyfat percentage of 10% preferably lower but atleast 10. Second goal is to pull of 1000lbs or 450 kg as it is in my countries weight system in the big three combined.
