Unfortunately there is a lot of misinformation being spread by drug users (steroids). Therefore, as a 100% natural athlete you need to make sure that whatever information you apply to your weekly workout is going to give you the results you are looking for.

In this video I am going to discuss why push-ups every night is going to do more damage than good in terms of building muscle. I am also going to discuss the few instances where doing a few sets of push-ups each night may be beneficial in terms of gains when trying to recover from an intense workout or when circuit training.
