Cooking Instructions
Ingredients:
5 lbs Slightly Processed Salmon Chunks
1 cup ¼’ Yellow Spanish Onions
1/3 cup Mustard Dijon
¾ cup Fresh Lemon Juice
2 tsp Kosher Salt
1 ½ tsp Pepper
4 tsp Frozen Parsley
2 tsp Frozen Dill
2 cups Breadcrumbs
Directions:
Find a food processor, or blender, and use the “pulse” option until the Salmon is in chunks.
Add all of the other ingredients to your salmon chunks.
Mix together well, and form 5oz burger patties.
Grill at 400 degrees until well cooked (approx. 8-10 minutes).
