This delicious recipe, not only is extremely healthy but it’s also high in protein and low in calories making it an excellent bodybuilding meal especially if you are cutting! 


To prepare yourselves for this recipe, make sure you have ready: an 8 x 8 inch casserole dish, a cutting knife, a mixing bowl and a wisk!

Cooking Instructions

 

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • ½ egg whites
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 4 oz mozzarella 
  • ½ cup tomatoes
  • ½ cup spinach
  • ½ tsp onion salt
  • ½ cup shredded cheese

 


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Beat together the eggs and milk. Add seasoning salt, crab, vegetables and Mozzarella cheese. Pour into prepared casserole dish.

  3. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 40 - 45minutes.

  4. Sprinkle the cheddar 10 minutes after being in the oven so that it will stay on top and crust.

  5. Let it cool and enjoy!
