By Scott Herman in Nutrition · Published

Lots of PROTEIN, not too many carbs and a good amount of healthy FATS.

Fill your MACROS with Nutritious foods are foods that are not processed and contain no added sugars, salts, or other chemicals.

Eating a high-protein breakfast is a great way to start the day, because protein fills you up and means you won't be as likely to be hungry later in the day.

CARBS are the main macro to manipulate here. Too many carbs are likely to be stored as fat, so minimize them.
