Cooking Instructions

Ingredients:


  • 1 Tbsp almond milk
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • Greek yogurt topping (as much as desired)
  • Cinnamon topping (as much as desired)



Directions:


  1. Mix almond milk, egg and protein powder ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Pour the mixture into one mug.

  3. Microwave the mug on high for 50 seconds.

  4. Top with as much Greek yogurt and cinnamon as you like.

  5. Enjoy!

Made these with pumpkin puree (didn't have cocoa or jam) Added in cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. Not bad for someone who is emphatically not a baker. Right around 100 calories a cookie.
