Serving Size: Approx. 4 pieces of Bark
Protein: 11.1 grams
Carbs: 11.4 grams
Fat: 17 grams
1 TBSP extra virgin coconut oil
1/2 scoop of BSN Syntha-6 Whey (Cinnamon Bun)
1 tsp Walden Farms Calorie Free/Sugar Free Pancake syrup
1 TBSP Raisins
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients.
Spread the mixture thinly on a plate covered in plastic wrap. Don’t worry about being neat and tidy.
Top with 1 TBSP of raisins.
Place in the freezer for ~60 minutes until it sets.
Once it’s set, break the bark into pieces. Eat immediately before it melts, or store the rest in the freezer for later!
