Are abs really made in the kitchen? How?

By Scott Herman in Nutrition · Published

Abs are the result of a clean diet, not doing 100 crunches every day.

Everybody has abs, and in order for them to be visible requires a couple of things.

Your body fat PERCENTAGE need to be low in order to see your abs. In order to minimize your fat levels, you need to sort out a healthy MEAL PLAN.

You also need to have well-built abdominals. If they are weak and untrained, they will not show up much, just like any other muscle.
