Summer is here and that means watermelons are here as well! This is an easy way to prepare popsicles for really hot days, which you can enjoy without any guilt, because they’re only 14 calories each!

Serving Size: 1 Popsicle

  • Carbs: 3 grams
  • Fat: 0 grams


Cooking Instructions


Ingredients:

  • 200 g watermelon
  • 1 tbsp stevia
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon



Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together.

  2. Add the juice from the blender to the popsicle mould.

  3. Freeze for 6 hours.

  4. Enjoy!
