2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
1 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt
1 cap vanilla extract
½ cup sugar free cool whip
1 cup strawberry halves
½ cup kiwi
1 cup blueberries
Preheat Oven to 350.
In bowl mash banana with fork until completely broken up. Add graham cracker to banana and mash together using fingers. Flatten mixture on cookie tray into a circle or pie shape. Brush 1 tablespoon of honey across the top of pie.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
In a bowl combine yogurt, whip and vanilla extract. Once the crust is cool top pie with mixture side pizza sauce.
Create design with fruit. Refrigerate until you serve.
