Should I do total body training for conditioning and endurance?

By Scott Herman in Conditioning / Endurance Training · Published

Yes, this is the best way to make your body adjust to being able to train longer.

Total body training means you can move from exercise to exercise without having to REST, because your rest is occurring while you work a different muscle.

By working more muscles in one session, and not allowing much time to recover your breath, you burn more calories AND more fat, without negatively affecting your muscle gains.
