Perform High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) 2-4 times a week, for between 15-25 minutes to boost your metabolism but maintain muscle mass.
Eat NO MORE than 1g of carbohydrates per pound of body weight, and eat AT LEAST 1.5g protein per pound of body weight.
