Here’s how to win:
Sign into MuscularStrength.com and click on the Contest tab.
Click to download CIRCUIT-B Workout PDF (or follow along with me in the video).
Set up your camera.
Push it to the limit.
Upload your video on YouTube (Public or Unlisted).
Title your video YOUR NAME - CIRCUIT B - #SHREDCHALLENGE.
Post the video on the CIRCUIT B Workout page on MuscularStrength.com by January 27th at 11PM ET. (IMPORTANT: Be sure to click the “insert video” icon when posting your comment. That way your YouTube video will play inside the comment section.)
