Killed day one yesterday and by watching Scott's videos and his constant emphasis on form. I did day one and focused on form and slower movements. My triceps have officially been murdered. Triceps kick back had me maxed at 25lbs ahaha. Normally hit 35lbs each arm . I was struggling to hit 10 reps on each set. Such a better work out and the pump was on point ..
Eating my berries and oatmeal this morning, waiting on that clock to hit 5pm so I can go train day 2.

Scott thanks for staying true to real bodybuilding and keeping it clean . I am sure after the leg day I have coming up I wont like you as much lol. I will upload photos today, so we can see my 12 week transformation.
