    BMR

    June 21, 2018, 11:20 pm

With the BMR calculator, it gave me my calories goal.

I don't know whether this is for cooked food or raw food?

There are some products like, bread, protein shakes which provide nutrition information but some dont'

    What should I do?

    Thanks

    Hey @phamha.

I'm guessing you mean like chicken and other meats, maybe rice too? You should be able to find examples of cooked and raw foods on the @mealplan app. I see you're GOLD, so don't have access to it yet, so you will need to upgrade to access it.

But as long as you are consistently measuring your food either raw OR cooked, then it won't matter. If you always measure, say, 200g of RAW chicken as 45g of protein, but don't see progress, either increase that food to get more of it, or increase your calories elsewhere.

    Does that make sense?
