    Time to adjust Macros?

    May 17, 2018, 12:39 pm

I’m not sure what happened but i lost 5 pounds last few weeks and all i can figure is my body composition changed. Maybe i lost fat and gained some muscle?

I have been pretty strict with my food intake and i keep a daily log book to be sure i get my intake right.

Maybe its time i get my body fat % checked and recalculate my macros?

I have to admit with spring time here i have been busy with extra work on my 5 acres of land, maybe thats the factor.  Anyway i guess my point is we gotta stay villigant and aware of what our body needs.

Losing 5lbs in a week probably means quite a bit of that was water weight, but not all of it so you probably were in a deficit. Wouldn't be a bad idea to recalculate the macros! Just double check what your weight does this week and see if it's still a downward trend or stable. If it isn't going up then you probably do need to change things to get back into a surplus if that's your goal at the moment!

Oh yeah if you were sick as well you might not have been eating as much as you needed!
