    % of Max 1 rep for sets on Powerbuilding 101

    Hey I have been doing the Powerbuilding 101 by Brian DeCosta and as I am starting week 5 I can say that I am really happy with it and will countinue to use it. However, as my platinum membership has expired I forgot to note down the % for the compound lifts for the two chest days and the 2nd Back day. Could someone write them down for me? That would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

    Hey man.. can't really do that for you. It defeats the purpose of having the program available to platinum members only.. why not just renew the membership so you can continue the program and maybe one of the other programs in the future?
