    Lifting Belt

    January 27, 2016, 2:46 pm

I left my belt at the gym and now it's gone. I don't know if I should make the investment and get one of those powerlifting belts with the levers. I used to use one of those $30 brown leather belts, my PE teacher from high school gave it to me. It worked really well for me, I never had any problems. I only use a belt for my squats, and sometimes bent over rows. Should I get a lever belt?

I don't think it matters that much what kind of belt you are using, just get one that will help you on your really heavy sets.

For me I really love the wider belts I think they work really well for me. I really want a lever belt too I think they are tighter to the body and may provide better protection but the price is what kills me.

INZER belts are definitely worth the investment if you do a lot of heavy deadlifting and squatting. I did a review video on it a while back if you want to check it out!

I know right? When you first get it, it almost feels un-bendable haha. It improves over time though. Glad you picked one up so you can go HEAVY with the program!! 😁 💪
